ABOUT ME

I’ve always been an active person, growing up I was either playing football, throwing myself around on, usually off my bike and a very short lived rugby career. Eventually all the knocks and falls caught up with me so I decided to try my hand at the gym. Instantly I was hooked and have never looked back! I started working with clients in 2017 and I don’t think I’ll ever stop! I love the challenge of new clients and the feeling of seeing them succeed is one of the best. Having struggled with injuries I do my best to help people surpass their former selves and carry on growing in the gym.

Now over 10 years deep into the gym, I did my first powerlifting competition in 2015, since then I've put over 200kg on my own total, I love to try keep building on my numbers each year, I'm also looking to get on stage in the next 2 years to see what look I can bring and to truly test myself in all aspects.

  • Level 3 Personal Training (Cert IV)

  • Hatton Academy Boxing Advanced

  • Behaviour Change Coaching FFT

  • Transcend Level 3 Award in Nutritional Intervention for Exercise, Wellbeing and Weight Management

  • Fully Insured and FitRec Registered

  • I am also currently completing my RSPH Level 4 in nutrition and my Hatton Academy Boxing Elite Courses
