What is strength? Most people view it in the way of being physically strong. Let's thing about the resilience and fortitude as well as the muscle. If we think of getting bigger, stronger, faster or leaner all as by products of our mental ability to stay true to ourselves, to trust and enjoy the process of change to better ourselves both mentally and physically. I feel at home and very comfortable in the gym, you might be a nervous wreck at the mere thought of it, but thinking about going is the first step! When I first started training with Jedd in 2019 I really struggled with my confidence, but thanks to his help and encouragement I now feel like I can take on anything! I've gained so much strength, I can now squat 140kg, bench 80kg, and deadlift over 200kg! I competed in my first powerlifting competition in 2023 with Jedd's help finishing with the strongest bench press out of the females on the day! This is down to Jedd's great knowledge but also enjoyable, challenging, sessions.
